About Sierra

Established by Gregory E. Hogle in 1997, Sierra is a privately held Georgia corporation specializing in tenant general contracting.

Prior to establishing Sierra, Mr. Hogle was the successful owner and general manager of Tandem Contracting, Inc. from 1989 to July 1997. His 26 years of management experience, combined with an additional 10 years of hands-on construction experience, brings a total of 36 years of valuable contracting and management knowledge to clients across the United States.

Although several states do not yet require contractor testing and licensing, Sierra has successfully met board requirements for licensed general contractors in multiple states, including: Alabama, Arizona, California, City of Chicago, City of Philadelphia, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

Sierra also holds security identification media at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and other various airports across the country. Sierra is fully bonded and insured, carrying Worker’s Compensation and a General Liability policy of $10,000,000, enabling the company to perform work for contracts between $25,000 and $10,000,000.
